What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on the machine?
Yes, every Almond Cow machine comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your machine. If you are not satisfied, you can return your Almond Cow within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I make more than just almond milk?
Absolutely! You can use any nut, seed, or grain to create milk, including oats, cashews, walnuts, coconut, and hemp seeds. You can also use it to make hot cocoas and infused waters.
Is the machine easy to clean?
Yes, cleaning is simple. Just rinse the stainless steel blade, collector cup, and filter basket with warm soapy water immediately after use. The base should be wiped down with a damp cloth.
